Reconclave
A shared protocol and trust model for independent field devices and a desktop coordinator.

THE QUESTION
How can small field instruments cooperate without losing their standalone usefulness or bypassing operator scope?
THE APPROACH
Reconclave defines common schemas, capability descriptions, discovery, bounded requests, evidence handoffs, and a shared visual identity. Each device keeps its own firmware and release cadence.
DESIGN DETAILS
- Discovery is separate from authentication; protected work requires provisioned trust and an authorised scope.
- Nodes advertise capabilities they actually support, and unsupported work fails closed.
- Evidence retains source, time, operation, and custody context as it moves between tools.
CURRENT EVIDENCE
The repository includes protocol vectors and host-side checks. Individual device repositories record their own hardware checks and remaining limits.
